Listing Photos starting at $150 for 2000 sqft or less
Listing photos are necessary for selling homes, with so much shopping being done online. I offer a price by sqft to make sure you aren't having to pay extra for more photos. I shoot the entire property for that price no matter how many photos it takes to really show the property. Not including high rise properties as they take an expertise that is more extensive than shooting a house.

This allows for the property to be looked at as a whole and not a per photo pricing as many commercial photographers charge. Premium listings such as high rises will be priced based on location and services.
